Mysterion (Kenny McCormick) - Unoffcial leader of Coon and Friends after the Coon is kicked out. Being incapable of dying, he is one of two members to have actual superpowers (the other being Bradley Biggle).
The Human Kite (Kyle Broflovski) - His (imaginary) superpowers include the ability to fly and "shoot lasers out of his eyes".
